How the Tentcher adventure began: Our little story… Once upon a time a wayward monk (Tim) and a lost cultural anthropologist (Nancy his wife) met on the edge of the monasteries wall. They had tea together and they had a love for Thai cooking, Indian cooking and Chinese cooking.

It was love at first sight and they were wed. Soon a gift was given to them of a Ray of sunshine (their daughter Rachel). As the child grew a longing for adventure kindled in the young family’s heart and off they set across the globe looking for awesome flavors of the world finding you a unique adventure in taste.

The wayward monk wanted to keep his roots in service thus Action Based Coaching Inc. partnered with Crossing Cultures promoting Empowered Ability not disability. Many hours were spent developing our Thai cooking, Indian cooking, and Chinese cooking classes in a bag and finding our food gifts.
